Barriers to Access
Philippine PI conducts routine audits to ensure that tight risk controls
are in place to minimize the event of fraudulent acts against our
firm and our clients. As a company policy, Philippine PI encrypts and
partitions all client data. In addition, access to our systems is
firewall and password protected and requires two unique set of
identifications and employee passwords. Our risk technology is
also run daily to search for any unauthorized data breaches.
SSL Data Encryption
We employ SSL data encryption for Internet data transmission,
and have installed industry technology firewalls to prevent external
unauthorized access into our systems. Our security experts and
risk detection systems scan for, analyze and report daily that no
security breach opportunities exist. Philippine PI protects your data.
A portion of our website is encrypted with 128 bit SSL technology,
ensuring your private and personal information stays that way.
Employees and Agents
Our emphasis on security is equally reflected in the way we work.
All employees and global agents of Philippine PI receive a thorough
background check. Security training is part of every new employee
orientation as well as one additional course per year. We operate in a
nearly paperless environment, and destroy any paper documents
generated. Protecting clients from fraud is our business.
Usage and Sharing
We will never share, sell, or rent client information with anyone
unless Fraud is suspected against our Company or if ordered to
do so by a court of law. Our services are strictly confidential.
Choice
There are times when we collect personal information from you
to perform our investigative services. It is our intent to always
inform you beforehand what we intend to do with the personal
information provided. We request only what is needed.
